Typhoon Ondoy, or Ketsana, was the most devastating typhoon in the 2009 Pacific typhoon season. It was the most devastating typhoon to hit Manila, surpassing Typhoon Patsy in 1970.
Located above is a flood map of Typhoon Ondoy in Barangay Merville. As you can see, Merville was barely affected by the floods. The Access Road, however, was severely affected by the rains, limiting travel to and from the barangay.
